I just want you to know how much Robert and I appreciate you above all, and all of the time you have put into training Sky and I. The time put in was all worth it for that one moment when she came to me. It was the difference between having her with us, or the potential of losing her completely. I want to express my appreciation for the work you do. You make the learning great fun, and interesting. The pups adore you, and respond well to your training.

Julie, I am amazed at how different (in a GOOD way) Tugg behaves. He is still a crazy, happy puppy, but the time he spent with you, the work you did, the commands and then constant reinforcing of, your knowledge shared through Tugg’s journal ☺ and your kind patience…he’s just different, in a good way.”
